RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:
Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sunglasses that have been worn, used or are not in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return, any item must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
In the unlikely case that your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number alongside photos of the issue. We aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
